SkillBridge Program – Mastering the Flip

This program offers participants a unique opportunity to learn property management skills from seasoned professionals with years of successful small business experience. It guides participants through an individualized, thorough, and sequential training approach, focusing on developing key skills such as lead generation, property evaluation, market research, budgeting, negotiation, and renovation management. This structured training approach focuses on developing capable front line project managers in a dynamic environment through providing hands-on, on-the-job experiences, allowing participants to gain competencies, practical insights, and business strategies directly from the experts themselves.
